MPULSE
Modernizing the brand from the inside out.

THE SITUATION
mPulse was growing at breakneck speed. Rapid expansion, acquisitions, and an evolving portfolio of healthcare technology solutions had created a company moving faster than its brand could keep up. Without an established creative department or consistent brand standards, marketing materials were being developed on the fly.
I initially joined to support creative execution, but quickly recognized an opportunity to contribute much more. Working alongside the marketing team, I brought experienced creative leadership to campaign development, brand communications, and go-to-market initiatives—helping transform a fragmented collection of materials into a more cohesive, professional brand experience.
CAMPAIGNS: BRINGING STRATEGY AND CREATIVE TOGETHER
I became closely involved in campaign development, collaborating with the marketing team on strategy, messaging, and creative direction. From initial concepts through final execution, I helped translate complex healthcare technology solutions into clear, compelling communications and added graphics to enhance that idea.
The goal was to move beyond simply producing marketing assets and create more thoughtful, integrated campaigns with consistent messaging and a recognizable visual identity across several channels.

BRANDING: CREATING CONSISTENCY OUT OF CHAOS
With no established creative department or comprehensive brand guidelines, consistency was a challenge. I developed practical brand standards that brought structure to typography, color, imagery, and visual communications.
Rather than reinventing the brand, I built on its existing identity, refining and extending the visual language to create a more polished, recognizable presence across the organization.

GO-TO-MARKET: BUILDING A FOUNDATION FOR GROWTH
Much of the company’s marketing collateral had been created in PowerPoint, limiting design quality, consistency, and production flexibility.
I rebuilt the go-to-market library from the ground up, developing professionally designed, editable InDesign templates for sales sheets, brochures, case studies, and other marketing materials. The new system supported both print and digital distribution while giving the team a consistent foundation for future content.

EXPERIENTIAL: MAKING THE BRAND STAND OUT.
Trade shows offered a chance to bring creative leadership to an area that had been driven mainly by logistics. Drawing on my experiential background, I took ownership of the creative direction, developing concepts, that considered the entire attendee experience. As the company grew, I helped establish a more ambitious vision for its event presence, introducing ideas that could scale with expanding budgets and goals.

SUB BRANDS: UNIQUE BRANDING FOR UNIQUE VOICES
mPulse explored giving its most popular products their own distinct identities, allowing them to run independent campaigns alongside broader corporate marketing efforts. I helped develop those visual identities and extend them across campaign materials. Activate was a different kind of challenge, an annual thought leadership event bringing together customers, prospective clients, and industry representatives. I refreshed the event’s identity and created a cohesive system of print and digital materials to bring it to life.
